Leonor is a dedicated health and customer service professional with over 20 years of experience supporting public health programs in Colombia and the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area (DMV).

Since 2001, her work has focused on improving access to care, delivering high-quality services, and supporting vulnerable communities through education and personalized guidance.

Since February 2023, she has been leading patient education initiatives at the Emerson Foundation, where she designs and implements programs centered on health promotion and disease prevention. Her expertise lies in chronic conditions and other key public health priorities. Leonor works closely with regional consulates to help expand access to care and connect individuals with vital community resources throughout the DMV area.

Leonor is passionate about empowering individuals with the knowledge and tools they need to make informed health decisions and improve their overall well-being.
